Cancellation and Refunds

Since our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returned goods unless the wrong item was delivered, in which case the item must be returned unopened and a replacement or refund arranged. Anyone who refuses delivery or makes any attempt to return a shipment in any way will not receive a credit to their credit card from the company. Please double-check each address and zip code. Please be sure to double-check addresses as any damage to the product or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. The cost of a new order will then be the responsibility of the customer. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returned goods unless the wrong item was delivered.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be made 24 hours after the order has been placed. You must get in touch with our customer service by calling 8800196704 or sending an email to info@masalamagic.net and referencing your order number to do so. In the event that we receive a cancellation notice, the order cannot be canceled once it has begun processing on our end. Masalamagic has the sole authority to determine whether or not an order has been processed. The customer consents to not appeal Masalamagic decision and to accept its decision regarding the cancellation. If the product you ordered has a manufacturing flaw or does not arrive within 10 days of confirmation, you are entitled to a refund.
