Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Orders for domestic customers are only delivered by permitted domestic courier services and/or speed post. Orders placed by international customers are only sent and delivered by permitted international courier services and/or international speed post.
2. Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt of payment or by the delivery date specified at the time of order confirmation, subject to the courier company or post office delivery policies.
3. Masalamagic only promises to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 48 business hours of the date of the order and is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
4. All orders will only ever be delivered to the buyer’s registered address as listed on their credit or debit card (Unless specified at the time of Order).
5. Masalamagic is pleased to use the RAZOR Payment Gateway for quick, simple, and secure payments. Every type of credit card is accepted.
